Bidder Terms and Conditions and the
Bidder Registration Form.
These must then be either scanned and emailed to

rick@hiltonhyland.com or mailed to Hilton and Hyland - 257 N Canon Drive, Beverly Hills, no later than October 23rd, 2018 at 3 pm eastern time (48 hours prior to the auction). Concurrently, a deposit as specified in the Bidder Registration Form
must be transferred to the escrow account also specified in the aforesaid document.
- As established in the
Appraisal section and
Offer Criteria section of this site, the estimated auction price is over €38,000,000 with a
redevelopment plan included, or at €36,000,000 without including the

The auction will be won by the highest bidder.
- Parties (winning bidder and the owner) will have until November 07th, 2018 to sign the
notary deed of sale (provided in the
Legal section) with the notary in Rome.
